Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of TFR Community (the “Service”), operated by Moonda Inc. (“we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

TFR Community is a community voting site for The Final Rehearsal. Visitors can browse requested songs, vote, and — after signing in with Google and confirming a The Final Rehearsal YouTube subscription — request tracks from the public Apple Music / iTunes catalog. A song is confirmed for production when it reaches 100 votes. Anonymous votes count as 0.5. Google accounts that we confirm as The Final Rehearsal subscribers vote 1.0 and may appear in public credits.

The Service is provided as-is for community participation. We may change, suspend, or end features at any time.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you sign in with Google, you must have the right to use that Google account and to grant the requested permissions.

Signing in uses Google OAuth. We also use YouTube API Services to read your channel name and to check The Final Rehearsal subscription status. Your use of YouTube is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for activity under your account. You may sign out at any time. We may suspend an account that violates these Terms or harms the Service.

• One vote per person per song.
• Requesting a song and 1.0 vote weight require a confirmed The Final Rehearsal subscription.
• Duplicate catalog tracks cannot be requested again.
• Daily request limits and other anti-abuse limits may apply.
• If you requested or voted as a subscriber before a song hits 100 votes, your YouTube display name may be shown in public credits.

We may hide, remove, or decline requests or votes that look like spam, abuse, or catalog errors.

You agree not to:

• Create fake identities or automate votes or requests.
• Attempt to access other users’ accounts or non-public systems.
• Interfere with the Service or its security.
• Use the Service for unlawful, harassing, or infringing activity.

Song titles, artwork, previews, and store links come from third-party catalogs (including Apple). YouTube names and images come from Google / YouTube. We do not claim ownership of that material. Previews and links may stop working without notice.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MOONDA INC. DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not promise that a confirmed song will be arranged, published, or published on any schedule.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moonda Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, goodwill, or profits, arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
