Privacy Policy

TFR Community (the “Service”) is operated by Moonda Inc. (“we”, “us”). The Service lets visitors request songs and vote on the next classical arrangement from The Final Rehearsal.

This policy describes the personal information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. By using the Service you acknowledge this policy. Related rules are in our Terms of Service.

Google account. If you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account identifier, email address, name, and profile photo when Google provides them. We request these OAuth scopes: openid, email, profile, and https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.readonly.

YouTube API Services. We use YouTube API Services only to read your YouTube channel id, channel title, and channel thumbnail, and to check whether you subscribe to the The Final Rehearsal channel. We use the channel title as your public display name and the thumbnail as your avatar. We do not read your watch history, comments, playlists, or uploaded videos, and we do not post to YouTube on your behalf.

Use of information received from YouTube API Services is limited to providing or improving user-facing features of the Service, in line with the YouTube API Services Limited Use requirements. We do not sell YouTube user data or use it for advertising. Your use of YouTube through the Service is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service, the YouTube API Services Terms of Service, and the Google Privacy Policy.

You can disconnect Google and YouTube access at any time in Google Account permissions.

Anonymous visitors. If you vote without signing in, we store an anonymous identifier in an HTTP-only cookie named tfr_anon and a one-way hash of your IP address. This lets us apply a 0.5 vote weight and reduce duplicate or abusive voting. It does not tell us your name or email.

Activity on the Service. We store song requests (catalog metadata plus who requested the track), votes and vote weight, The Final Rehearsal subscription status used to unlock requesting and 1.0 votes, and public credits (display names) when a song is confirmed.

Technical data. Our hosting and database providers may process IP address, device or browser information, and security logs needed to run the Service.

• Sign you in and keep your session.
• Confirm a The Final Rehearsal YouTube subscription so we can unlock song requests and count your vote as 1.0.
• Record requests and votes, and prevent more than one vote per person per song.
• Show public credits for confirmed songs.
• Operate, secure, and improve the Service, and comply with law.

We do not sell personal information.

• Google / YouTube — sign-in, profile, and subscription checks.
• Supabase — authentication and database hosting.
• Vercel — application hosting.
• The public — requested songs, vote totals, and credits (YouTube display names of subscribers who requested or voted before a song was confirmed).

We use Apple’s public iTunes Search API only to look up song metadata. We do not send your Google or YouTube identity to Apple.

• tfr_anon — anonymous voter identifier (HTTP-only, up to about 400 days).
• Supabase session cookies — keep you signed in after Google sign-in.
• Theme preference may be stored locally in your browser.

We keep account, vote, request, and credit records while the Service operates and your account exists. The anonymous cookie lasts until it expires or you clear it.

To delete your account and associated personal data, email contact@moonda.kr. We will delete or anonymize the information we hold about you, except where we must keep a record to comply with law.

Credits already published for confirmed songs may remain as production history. Where feasible, we can anonymize a published display name if you ask at the same address.

Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your personal information. Email contact@moonda.kr to make any of those requests, including to delete your account.

You may sign out of the Service at any time and revoke Google or YouTube access in your Google Account.

The Service is not directed to children under 13. Do not use it if you are under 13.

We and our processors may handle information in the United States and other countries where they operate.

We will post updates on this page and change the “Last updated” date when our practices change.
